Refund Policy
At Boss C Life, we are committed to transparency, integrity, and excellent service. Please review our refund policy below for programs, services, and donations.
1. Program and Service Refunds
Refunds for services or educational programs may be issued under the following conditions:

A written request is submitted within 7 days of payment and before services have been delivered (including coaching, workshops, or onboarding materials).

No refunds will be issued after services have begun or digital materials have been accessed.
2. Event Refunds
Refunds for event tickets or registration must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. After this period, refunds are not available. However, tickets may be transferable upon request.
3. Subscription Services
Recurring services or memberships may be canceled at any time. However, partial-month or retroactive refunds will not be provided.
4. Donations
All donations made to Boss C Life (EIN: 33-3767929) are non-refundable.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations are considered charitable contributions and are tax-deductible as allowed by law. We are deeply grateful for your support and use all funds to further our mission of financial empowerment and education for underserved communities.
If a donation was made in error or there is a duplicate charge, please contact us within 3 business days of the donation. We will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
